3. In a short paragraph, in your own words identify how the (dis)Ability Movement transpired and critically examine the circumstances from micro, mezzo and macro stances.
4. After watching Poole’s Tedtalk, in 250-300 words, provide examples as to how you have participated in Sanism and delve further into how you know you acted upon it and what led you there.
Students will have an opportunity to share their initial reactions of Poole’s Tedtalk and further discuss the assignment in class. Students also have the space in the Student Cafe area to post questions they may have regarding this assignment. Do not forget to help and support each other and answer each other’s questions.
